| WELCOME TO THE DCU GUIDE |
The Unofficial Guide to the DC Universe or DCU Guide for short, is an encyclopedia filled with Who's Who profiles on characters, places, organizations, and events in the DC Universe as well as character chronologies and series indexes.
The Guide was established in 1996 as the Unofficial DC Index Series, but soon branched out to include character profiles, chronologies and more.
The current version of the Guide is wiki-based and open for everyone to join. However, in order to prevent spam and vandalism, only users with editor status or higher are able to edit or create pages at this point. If you join the Guide please make your presence known on our Message Boards or Facebook page so that we can grant you editor status.
| 2018 UPDATE! |
In January 2018 the Guide got a facelift in order to better work on regular pc screens, tablets and mobiles alike. We now have responsive versions of our skins which should make for a better reading and viewing experience. On top of that we've improved the look of our profile and index pages so that they now include bigger images (if available).
We hope you will enjoy the new and improved DCU Guide. Please note: This is still a work in progress so there are still some elements that have not yet been fully converted into the responsive design. However, I might have missed something so if you encounter any problems or just want to make suggestions or comment on the updated design you can do so on our Message Boards or Facebook page.
